The Lone Shepherd Throw Blanket

*PSA: You have entered the realm of large file sizes. Your patience is appreciated! Things may take longer than usual to load and respond to user input here.

To be a sheep is my highest calling.

You might be thinking, "Are you out of your mind? What value or purpose does a sheep have? They are so weak and helpless!"

A sheep has more value than you might think— but it is not my wool that gives me value. Not my creations. Not my accomplishments. I'm not strong. I can't protect myself. I can't provide for myself. I can't sheer myself. If my coat gets too thick, it will kill me. If I fall over and get stuck upside down, it will kill me. I sometimes stray from the green pasture, even though everything outside wants to kill me.

But that's not where my value comes from. You see... I'm not just any old sheep.

I am a sheep of the Good Shepherd. There are none like Him. I am valuable because HE values me. I don't need to be strong, because He is strong for me. I don't need to protect myself— He fights my battles for me. I don't to worry about anything, because He sustains me. He picks me up when I am cast down. He guides me at every turn. I do not need anything from anyone, because HE is the only thing I need.

I was made to enjoy Him. It is my ultimate purpose. My highest calling. My reason for living.

Love the Scripture, and the image of the lamb on Jesus’ shoulders is a powerful reminder that He is carrying me!! 😭🙌🏼 He IS my Shepherd; I shall not want. So thankful for this blanket that is a daily reminder of that and also it’s the SOFTEST EVER for curling up with!! Dawson was so helpful with the custom design and took great care to make sure every detail turned out perfectly! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and have bought a few more for gifts since then!😜

Sometimes the galleries will fail to display images and instead display a single color or a very pixelated image. This can happen because some of my portfolio images are very high resolution, (even up to 15,000 pixels across- Photoshop's maximum export size) which can cause them to load slowly for some users.

Here are two things you can try if you think something weird is going on:

1. If you see a solid color, try refreshing your browser tab.

2. If you see a blurry image, first try waiting a bit if your internet is slow, and if that doesn't work, try step 1.

Also keep in mind that depending on your internet speed, when you click on one of these images for full-screen mode, it can take up to several minutes before you see the full-resolution version!
