It all starts with a conversation. We’ll hop on a call to dig into your brand’s personality, target audience, and visual goals. I’ll listen, you’ll share your vision, and we can even build a mood board to make sure we’re perfectly aligned on the creative direction before I create anything.
2. The Scope of Work
Forget guesswork. After our call, I’ll send you a detailed Scope of Work. This isn’t just a quote; it’s my complete project plan. It outlines:
Deliverables: Exactly what I will be creating for you (e.g., a complete logo package, a brand style guide, social media templates, marketing collateral, etc.).
Timeline: A realistic timeframe for completion.
Investment: The total fixed price for the entire project. No surprises.
What I Need From You: A simple list of what you need to provide so we can start.
This way, we’re both on the same page from day one.
3. Creation & Revisions
Once you approve the scope and handle the initial milestone, I get to work. I’ll dive into the creative process, presenting initial concepts using mockups where appropriate so you can see how the design looks in a real-world context. My process includes two rounds of targeted revisions, ensuring the final product isn’t just good—it’s exactly what you need.
4. Final Delivery
Once you’ve given the final sign-off, I’ll package up all your high-quality files and send them over. You’ll get a full suite of professional file types, including vector formats (SVG, EPS) for infinite scalability and raster formats (PNG, JPG) for web and digital use.
The Investment: Clear, Fixed-Price Projects
All graphic design projects are quoted on a fixed-price basis.
The investment is determined by the scope of work, the complexity of the deliverables, and the value they bring to your brand. This approach means you know the full cost upfront—no hourly tracking, no surprise fees. Everything is agreed upon before we begin.
