If a project is canceled for any reason, Dawson Bodenhamer maintains a policy of non-refundability for any payments made up until the point of cancellation. This policy is in place to offset the resources, time, and efforts already invested in the project.

This may include adjusting the project scope, offering credit towards future services, or other mutually agreed upon solutions. Any resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of balancing the interests of both parties.
