Cancellation Policy
Canceling? No worries, my office goldfish will get over it… eventually.
If a project is canceled for any reason, I maintain a policy of non-refundability for any payments made up until the point of cancellation. This policy is directly related to the "Kill Fee" clause in the Terms and Conditions (Section 3), which outlines the compensation due for work completed up to the point of cancellation.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and am committed to working with you to find a fair resolution in such instances. This may include adjusting the project scope, offering credit towards future services, or, in extreme cases, invoking the ancient rite of rock paper scissors to determine a solution. Any resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis, preferably over a dramatic slow-motion montage, with the goal of balancing the interests of both parties.
