Given the nuanced and sophisticated nature of my services, each project's payment structure is carefully tailored to meet its specific needs. Pricing is determined based on the current hourly rate for the required service and the value of the deliverables and may vary depending on the complexity and scope of the work.
Scope of Work
After we've discussed your project, I will provide a detailed scope of work outlining the following:
Deliverables: A list of what will be provided (e.g., designs, documents), described concisely. Also, possibly a secret treasure map hidden somewhere within the files. No guarantees, but wouldn’t that be exciting?
Timeline:Â Estimated delivery time for the work, with flexibility depending on your response time.
Investment:Â A breakdown of costs, including any milestones and payment terms.
Your Contributions:Â Details of what I still need from you to start the project (e.g., brand assets, content, specific instructions) and how your feedback will contribute to its success. Failure to provide these details in a timely manner may result in delays.
Process:Â Step-by-step phases of how I will complete the work.
Revisions:Â Information on how many rounds of revisions are included.
Next Steps:Â Clear instructions for you on how to move forward with hiring and starting the project.
Agreement and Invoicing
Upon mutual agreement on the scope, an invoice will be generated and sent to you. The invoice will detail the payment schedule, including any upfront payments, milestones, or final payments required. If you fold the invoice into an origami swan, it does not become void—but I will be impressed.
Late Payments and Fees
Payments are expected to be made within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise specified in the project proposal or contract.
If payment is not received within the agreed-upon timeframe, I reserve the right to pause work on the project until the outstanding balance is settled. I may also stare dramatically out of a window while it rains, contemplating the fleeting nature of financial responsibility. Work will resume within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.
