How It Works

Got an Idea You Can’t Un-See?

You know the feeling. A brilliant, surreal image stuck in your head—a book cover, a character concept, a scene you need to see exist. You have the vision, but not the artistic tools to make it real. You already tried ChatGPT and it failed miserably. That’s where I come in. I act as your personal creative partner and artistic executor, transforming your imagination into a professional, polished piece of art.

1. The Vision-Casting Session

It all begins with a deep dive into your idea. We’ll talk through the concept, the story you want to tell, the mood, the style, and the key details. My job is to listen intently and pull the abstract vision from your mind and onto my digital canvas, establishing a clear creative direction before a single line is drawn.

2. The Creative Scope

Once I have a firm grasp on your vision, I’ll provide a Scope of Work that acts as our creative contract. It will clearly define:

  • The Artwork: A detailed description of the final illustration (e.g., a full-color character design, a detailed scene for a poster, a black-and-white book interior).

  • The Process: A confirmation of the steps below, including the digital sketch phase.

  • The Investment: A single, fixed price for the custom artwork.

  • The Timeline: An estimated schedule for sketch, revisions, and final delivery.

3. From Sketch to Masterpiece

This is a two-part creative sprint where you have a critical role:

  • Part A: The Composition Sketch: First, I’ll create a rough digitial mockup. This is the most important checkpoint. Here, we lock in the overall composition, character poses, and core elements before any detailed rendering begins.

  • Part B: The Final Render: Once you approve the sketch, I dive into the final rendering, locking in the details, colors, lights, shadows, and texture to bring the piece to life. Your two included revision rounds are typically used to refine details during this stage.

4. The Final Artwork

Upon your final approval, I will prepare and deliver your finished masterpiece. You’ll receive a stunning, high-resolution digital file (typically PNG or JPG) ready for printing, posting, or simply framing on your wall.

The Investment

All custom art and illustration projects are quoted on a fixed-price basis.

This price is based on the complexity, detail, and estimated time required to bring your unique vision to life. You’ll know the full investment before we begin, ensuring a clear and straightforward creative partnership.
